Building
Code Official/Zoning Official/Sewage Enforcement Officer:
J. Aaron Wozniak |
Aaron became an employee
of the Township in January 2004. He is a licensed Sewage Enforcement
Officer (#02978) and a certified building inspector (#000767).
He attained a Master Planner certificate from the BCCD. His responsibility
as the Township's SEO includes administration and enforcement
of the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act 537. He conducts soil
testing for the placement of on-lot septic systems, and issues
the on-lot septic permits. As Code Enforcement Officer, he is
responsible for administration and enforcement of the Uniform
Construction Code Act 45. He issues zoning decisions, building
permits and conducts residential and commercial building inspections.
Additional responsibilities include responding to property maintenance
complaints and enforcing compliance with Township ordinances.

Code Enforcement Officer: Jennifer
Bensinger |
| Jen
became an employee of the Township in May 2004 as a summer intern
assisting with various mapping projects. In January 2005 she
was hired into the Codes Division of the Engineering Services Department.
Her focus will be residential building inspections and property maintenance
issues. |
Building Inspector and
Utility Locator: Dave W. Orth |
Dave
has been employed by the Township since 1975 in the Road and Sewer
Departments.
His 30 years of experience was added to the Engineering Department
in August 2005 as the Residential Building Inspector. His daily
duties include inspection of residential construction projects,
zoning inspections, property maintenance investigations, and utility
locator of Township infrastructure.

Township
Secretary: Sheryl Kressler |
Sheryl has been a Township employee since 1999. She provides the following services for the Township: compiles monthly building permit lists, issues developer invoices and inter-municipal sewer billing, assists in the contracted services bid process, schedules all code division construction inspections, attends and takes minutes at public meetings as recording secretary to the Board of Supervisors, Transportation Advisory and Infrastructure Committees, and performs additional administrative duties as required. |

Deb has been a Township employee since 1984 and provides the following services: assists the public with completing permit applications, coordinates with developers and contractors regarding project plan approval and/or time extensions, coordinates advertisements and postings, tracks issued permits, attends public Planning Commission meetings, and performs additional administrative duties as required. |
