Maintenance Complaint

A Property Maintenance Program is underway to clean up properties in violation of Township of Spring building and maintenance codes. Enforcement issues include, but are not limited to, repair of unsafe structures, removal of abandon/unregistered vehicles, remediation of improper/ineffective stormwater drainage, disposal of trash and rubbish in yards, repair of broken windows, and trimming of high weeds and grass. All Property Maintenance complaints shall be in writing or written on the Township Property Maintenance Complaint Forms are available below and also upon request at the Township Office and submitted to the Engineering Services Department for review and subsequent action, as appropriate.
