Registrations will NOT be accepted at the playground sites! All registrations and payments MUST be received through the Parks & Recreation Department Office.

Children will enjoy age appropriate activities including: Arts and Crafts, Dance, Sports and Games, Field Trips, Special Events, Guest Speakers and Much More. Children throughout the Spring Township Area are invited and encouraged to attend the nearest supervised Playground or Tot Lot Program.

PLAYGROUND PROGRAM AGES: 8 - 13 years of age; (includes 7 year olds entering the 3rd grade in the 2008-09 school year). Anyone turning 14 years of age during the playground season will not be permitted to sign up for the program.

TOT LOT PROGRAM AGES: Must be 4 years of age by October 2008 and no older than 7 years of age during the program.
NOTE: A 3-year old who will be 4 by October 1, 2008 may attend Tot Lot; however, a parent/guardian 16 yrs. and older MUST accompany and assist the child with activities during the entire session!

LEADERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM BEFORE A CHILD
CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAMS.
The first day children attend the Playground or Tot Lot Program, they will receive a parent information packet,
summer schedule and T-Shirt.

(Playground & Tot Lot are considered two separate programs)

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT (Ends May 31st, 2008)
$40.00 per child; $30.00 per child for each additional child in the same family and the same program

NON-TOWNSHIP OF SPRING RESIDENT
$60.00 per child; $50.00 per child for each additional child in the same family and the same program

LATE REGISTRATION (After May 31st, 2008)
$50.00 per child; $40.00 per child for each additional child in the same family and the same program

NON-TOWNSHIP OF SPRING RESIDENT (After May 31st, 2008)
$70.00 per child; $60.00 per child for each additional child in the same family and the same program

Please register early. The Township requires a playground site to have 20 children registered by May 31st, 2008, in order for a program to run. Also this year, a fourth bus will be added for field trips to accommodate more children.

PLAYGROUND & TOT LOT LOCATIONS: Breneman Park, Colony Park, Cornwall Terrace, Drexelwood Park, Klines Creek Park, LenOak Park, Lincoln Park Elementary School

PLAYGROUND HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 1:30 pm

TOT LOT HOURS: 4 & 5 year olds Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 11:00 am
                                6 & 7 year olds Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
