REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS WILL ONLY BE GRANTED:
1. When a class is cancelled by the Parks & Recreation Department due to
low enrollment or other circumstances beyond its control, or
2. When a participant submits a refund or transfer request to the Department
at least one week before the start date of the program, or
3. When a participant becomes ill. The participant must submit a doctor’s statement
and notify the Department before the program starts.
NOTE: There will be a $5.00 administrative refund fee charged on ANY registration cancelled by the
participant. The Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change times,

Full refunds will be made when the Department cancels a program.
RESIDENTS & NON–RESIDENTS
A resident is considered any person who lives within the Wilson School District.
Proof of residency may be required. Non-resident fees may apply to some programs and facility rentals.
PROGRAM FEES
Registration fees are not accepted at the program site. All registrations and payments must be processed online or through the Department Office prior to the start of the program.
Program fees are determined by the cost of instructors, supplies and expenses for the
minimum enrollment. All registration fees help support and finance our programs.
NOTE: Some classes may require additional fees or supplies.
PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED
The Parks and Recreation Department will make reasonable accommodations to assist physically challenged individuals who wish to participate in programs offered by the Department.
