Officer Louis V. Fronina
Police Dept.
 Officer Louis Fronina began his Law Enforcement career in 1994 when he was employed as a part time officer with both the South Heidelberg Township and Sinking Spring Borough Police Departments. He then accepted a full time position with the Spring Township Police Department in 1995. Officer Fronina is a graduate of the Reading Police Academy and has also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Alvernia College. He is a certified evidence technician and is also employed with the District Attorney's DUI Processing Center. In his free time, Officer Fronina enjoys many outdoor activities, as well as photography and playing guitar. Seal
