Officer Mark McCreary graduated from Northern York High School in 1992. From 1992 - 1998 he served in the Army as Crew Chief on UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter.His tour included a 6 month tour in Somalia, 2 years as non-rated crew member instructor, and 4 yrs at Fort Campbell, KY, and 2 yrs at Schofield Barracks, HI. Officer McCreary attended Harrisburg Area Community College Criminal Justice from 1998 - 1999 and worked as a processing agent for the Cumberland County District Attorney’s office from 1999 - 2000. Officer McCreary was employed as police officer for Mechanicsburg Borough Police Department from 2000 until 2007. In his free time, he enjoys weight lifting, motorcycle riding, and nature related activities.
