Lt. Ritchey Troutman
Lt. Ritchey Troutman began his career in Law Enforcement with the Spring Township Police Department in 1988. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Lt. Troutman graduated first in his recruit class from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy. In 2002 Detective Sergeant Troutman was assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division. Lt. Troutman was promoted to the rank of Detective sergeant in February 2007. His hobbies include fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family.
