Detective Stephen Brock |
|
Detective Stephen Brock attended Wilson High School and Gettysburg College. After graduation in 2000 he was employed by the Wilmington (DE) Police Dept. His assignments included Patrol (FTO), SWAT Team, Police Academy Instructor, Detective in Operation Safe Streets, and Detective in Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division. Detective Brock has received over 75 awards and commendations including the honor of being nominated for Parade Magazine's National Police Officer of the Year, being named one of the Top 50 Police Officers in the U.S. for 2006 by NAPO, Wilmington's Employee of the Year, 2009 Berks County Police Officer of the Year, 3 Lifesaving Medals, 2 Police Officer of the Quarter Medals, and being inducted into Wilson High School's Hall of Fame. Detective Brock is assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division and handles primarily Narcotics & Violent Crime incidents. He is also assigned to both the District Attorney's Office Drug & Major Crimes Task Forces. Detective Brock has a son Liam, and enjoys several activities including exercising, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends. |
