Sergeant Todd Peterson is a graduate of Daniel Boone High School and the Reading Police Academy. He began his law enforcement career with the Robeson Township and Caernarvon Township Police Departments and then in 1993 began his career with the Township of Spring Police Department. He is the supervisor of "D" Platoon and is a member of the Berks County SERT team (BCERT). He is the department's Rangemaster, receiving his firearm instructor training through the Pennsylvania State Police and has received instructor training in less-lethal weapon systems. Some other duties include Evidence Technician, Composite Artist, and Field Training Officer. Sergeant Peterson is happily married to his wife Michele and they have a son, Jackson. He loves to spend his off time with his family, bike riding, mowing his lawn, cooking, and playing sports. |
