An extremely gentle form of yoga for anyone wanting the many benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the floor. Students will experience postures and breathing exercises using the support of a chair. Develop greater mobility, increased range of motion and ease of movement in everyday activities.

Instructors from Berks Encore will help you to reduce the fear of falling through fall prevention education and management. Participants will learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make home modifications to reduce falls and learn low impact targeted exercises to increase strength
and balance.

Families are Welcome

Spend a relaxing summer morning with educators from Mengel Natural History Society for this butterfly and wildflower walk. Mengel educators will discuss and help us identify the butterflies, skippers and moths found in local fields of wildflowers. Identification guides provided. Be prepared to walk on uneven surfaces.
