An extremely gentle form of yoga for anyone wanting the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor. Participants will experience postures and breathing exercises using the support of a chair. Develop greater mobility, increased range of motion and ease of movement in everyday activities.

A welcoming introduction to yoga through simple movements, stretching, breath and steady flow. Designed for all levels, this class offers an approachable pace for beginners and anyone looking to slow down and move with intention. Expect movement that helps release tension, loosen the body and quiet some of the noise that builds throughout the week. No pressure to know poses or keep up with anyone around you. The focus is on creating space to breathe, move and feel more like yourself again. An opportunity to reset, reconnect and take time for yourself. Come as you are.

Join us to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of 9/11 with a special presentation by former FBI Agent Rodney Loose who was stationed in New York City on that fateful day. A life-long resident of Spring Township, former Agent Loose will describe his experiences working at Ground Zero through a combination of audio and video presentation.

This program focuses on helping the individual living with diabetes to better manage their disease through monitoring, physical activity, healthy eating, coping skills and strategies for daily living, relaxation techniques and working with the health care system. Open to pre-diabetics, diabetics and family members.
