Victorian Flower Pressing – #2386
Grown in the instructor’s garden, participants will receive an assortment of live pressed flowers to create a 5″ x 7″ picture. Learn to press your own flowers and how to use them to create pictures, notecards and more! Participants will practice making a notecard before creating the picture. Includes a frame.

Historic Theorem Stencil Painting – #2464
Participants will learn the early American Decorative Technique of using a series of stencil overlays to achieve the look of a free-hand, painted, traditional design. While you practice, you will also learn the history of this Colonial era artform. This 8″ x 10″ portrait is a replica of a Williamsburg design.

Berks Encore – A Matter of Balance – #2435
Instructors from Berks Encore will help you to reduce the fear of falling through fall prevention education and management. Participants will learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make home modifications to reduce falls
and learn low impact targeted exercises to increase strength
and balance.
