Mission Statement: It is the mission of the Township of Spring to provide its residents and business community with municipal leadership and services in a cost effective and professional manner to ensure the Township remains an affordable, safe and enjoyable place to live, work and play.

Vision Statement: The Township of Spring will follow standard principles of fiscal management and judicious land use to promote a vibrant community and economy. Through a people focused approach, the Township will manage its resources in order to maintain its infrastructure and provide services at the level to which our residents have become accustomed. The Township will engage various means of communication to inform our diverse community about the operations, programs and services it provides.
