PACT One, LLC (PACT) has been awarded the sanitary sewer construction contract for the “Township of Spring – 2025 Sanitary Sewer Upgrades Project”. Work will begin on Monday, June 16, 2025, weather permitting, and expected to take approximately 6-8 weeks.

PACT work hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:00AM thru 5:00PM as the weather permits and with extended work hours as needed.

Work will be conducted along Garfield Ave between West Lawn Avenue and Grand Boulevard.
