NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Spring Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting and public hearing on Thursday, September 12, 2024 commencing at 5:30 P.M. at the Township of Spring Fire Department Building, 2301 Monroe Avenue, Township of Spring, Reading, PA 19609 for the purpose of considering the Conditional Use Application of CG Broadcasting. LLC (“Applicant”). Applicant is the equitable owner of a tract of land containing 103.77 acres located between SR 0222, Broadcasting Road and Paper Mill Road in the Township (“Property:). Applicant proposes to develop the Proper which will include retail, commercial, residential, institutional and open space (“Development”). Applicant requests conditional use approval pursuant to Section 324(B)(65)(g) of the Township of Spring Zoning Ordinance of 2015, as amended, to permit the following uses to be included within the Development: (2) garden apartments, (3) health club, (4) hotel, (5) personal service establishment, (7) single-family, attached dwellings (townhouses), and (8) single-family, detached dwellings. If the Conditional Use Application is approved by the Board of Supervisors at its special meeting immediately following this hearing, the Applicant will be permitted to include the uses above within the Development.

A copy of the Township of Spring Zoning Ordinance and the Conditional Use application, together with the attachments, may examined at the Township of Spring Municipal office, 2850 Windmill Road, Reading, Township of Spring, Pennsylvania 19608 during normal hours.
