Pavilions
Park Pavilion Rental Program
Reservations for the 2024 Season are still being accepted on a “first come-first-served” basis beginning at 8:00a.m. on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024.
A refundable Security Deposit is required for all rentals and it must be paid at the time the reservation is made. The balance of the rental fees is due within thirty (30) days from the day the reservation is made.
Rental Policy: The customer who makes the reservation:
- will be listed on the permit as the permit holder;
- must be the person who signs the permit;
- will be required to show proof of identification and address;
- is the person to whom the deposit will be refunded.
Company and Group rentals must provide proof of the business’ or group’s address to receive the resident discount.
- Variance Fee: $50.00
- Cancellation Fees:
Written notification 14 days prior to reservation date of a:
Medium Pavilion – Resident – $50.00; Non-Resident – 50% of the Rental Fee
Written notification 30 days prior to reservation date of a:
Large Pavilion – Resident – $75.00; Non-Resident – 50% of the Rental Fee
