The Township of Spring is updating its 2009 Comprehensive Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan and has hired Barry Isett & Associates to develop the new plan. The planning process includes evaluating the current services, facilities and operations of the Parks and Recreation Department, surveying our residents to determine their park and recreational needs and developing a report the Township can use to make decisions about parks and recreation for the next decade.
The most vital component of the plan is the public participation section. We need to hear from our residents about the types of programs and facilities you enjoy, the programs you want to see offered and the types of park facilities you want to see in the future. To make it as easy as possible for our residents to provide input, the Township has released a SurveyMonkey link:

Now you can complete the survey on-line, at your convenience! There will also be public meetings you can attend in person or online to check the progress of the study and provide additional comments. The success of the planning process relies on YOUR participation!
